Our files will be available for download once payment has been confirmed. You should receive an email with a download link to your files. If you have any issues with your download, please reach out to me and we’ll help you.
You will get high-resolution PDF files which will get you very clean and sharp prints.
Some products are editable in Canva – you need a free Canva account to open and edit.
Please note that this product is a printable digital download. No physical product will be shipped.
- Read the instructions document included and make sure to download the fonts.
- Some products are designed to edit them in PDF. By these, open the PDF in Adobe Reader and edit text as needed. Download the free version here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
- The Canva-editable products can be accessed and edited in online, in the Canva app. You’ll need a free account for the app.
- Print all pages you need and laminate them.
- Cut out cards
- Use Velcro or other fixing and use!
You will need the following accessories:
• printer – if you print it at home
• office paper (200+ gsm photo paper) or cardstock
• laminator machine & lamination foils
• scissors or knife
• Velcro dots (hook and loop dots)*
*Alternatively you can use adhesive putty or a magnetic solution.
PDF version:
Card labels and child names on the charts can be edited.

Canva version:
Everything is editable.
Read the instructions, sign up to Canva and edit anything.
You can print it at home on regular printer paper. In this case I suggest laminating the cards and the charts too. Without lamitation I recommend using thicker photo paper or card-stock (200 – 300 gsm).
For a better result you can send the files to your local print shop eg: Costco, Walgreens, etc.
Please note that the colors of the print may differ a bit from those you see on your screen due to monitor and printer settings.
The file is yours once you purchase, so you can print it again and again, but do not distribute. This is for personal use only!
